JPS Lifts is seeking an executive-level finance leader to shape the future of the business and influence strategic direction with the CEO and Directors. You will drive funding decisions, cash flow, risk management, and growth opportunities while partnering across the organisation.

You will lead the finance function, including systems, working capital, payroll, reporting, controls, governance, and budgeting.

Formación

• Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, business or a related discipline.
• Senior leadership experience managing finance operations within a small to medium-sized business including supporting overall business performance and compliance, ideally with some experience of a private equity backed company.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and commercially sound advice to the CEO and Directors on financial performance, funding and investment decisions, cash flow, risk, future growth opportunities and strategic business choices.
• Lead the finance function, including financial systems and administration, working capital, cash flow, payroll, reporting, invoicing, controls and risk, compliance coordination, business expansion and improvement.
• Strengthening financial stewardship, governance, reporting and organisational performance.
• Leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling to support short and long-term business objectives.
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation, margin improvement, revenue growth, identification of and reporting against key performance indicators.
• Oversee contract administration and management, ensuring commercial agreements align with operational requirements.
• Lead the implementation of systems to support efficient processes and reporting disciplines.
