• Experience as a CFO, Head of Finance or senior Financial Controller.
• Experience managing finances across multiple business entities.
• Strong financial reporting, cash flow and commercial management skills.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.
• Confident working directly with owners and shareholders.
• Experience supporting growth and strategic planning.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Lead and develop the existing finance team.
• Provide commercial and strategic advice to shareholders and the wider group.
• Support business expansion, acquisitions and investment decisions.
• Review financial systems, processes and controls.
