Job summary

Galvin-Rowley Executive Search in Sydney seeks an accomplished CFO to deliver strategic financial leadership across a national network. You will partner with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board to shape financial strategy and performance.

The role requires strong governance, treasury and capital-management capabilities, with a track record of influencing at the highest levels and driving commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Executive CFO with strategic financial leadership in a commercially complex organisation.
Experience in retail, wholesale, franchising, distribution or member-based organisations.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at CEO/Board level.
CA or CPA qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

Shape financial strategy with the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board.
Oversee treasury, capital management, cash flow and credit risk oversight.
Provide independent financial advice and constructive challenge to strategic initiatives.
Strengthen governance, financial reporting and risk management frameworks.
Lead and develop an established finance team and align capabilities with strategy.
Support potential merger and acquisition opportunities and corporate development.
