Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end non-clinical category procurement across its hospital network. Based in Sydney, the role focuses on catering, facilities, waste, linen and nursing agency services, delivering commercially sound, fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will develop category strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and partner with stakeholders across sites to align operations with organisational objectives.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in category management, ideally within healthcare or another complex, service-oriented environment.
• Experience across non-clinical procurement categories such as facilities management, catering, waste, linen or agency labour.
• Experience managing business and professional services categories, including records management, labour hire or agency services.
• A strong understanding of supplier ecosystems, including distributors, OEMs and branded suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• The ability to translate operational requirements into commercially sound, practical solutions that deliver measurable value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement across non-clinical categories (catering, linen, waste, facilities, maintenance, nursing agencies).
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with operations and organisational objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across hospital sites to deliver practical procurement solutions.
• Build supplier relationships with distributors, OEMs and global brands.
• Drive outcomes via strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance management and cost optimisation.
• Review operating models across facilities and support services to boost efficiency and service delivery.
