Job summary

Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking a procurement professional for a permanent, full-time role based at the Hindmarsh office. You will manage your own portfolio of contracts from end to end, including sourcing, RFT documentation, tender evaluation and supplier negotiation in SAP.

You will partner closely with project teams and suppliers, with some travel to project sites as required, and you will have ownership of your portfolio with the autonomy to make commercial decisions

Qualifications

• Demonstrated contracting and sourcing experience, ideally within utilities, energy or infrastructure.
• A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Business, or equivalent capability gained through experience.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working within a project delivery environment and its timeframes.
• Confidence working in SAP or a comparable ERP or contract management system.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing from market research through to contract award.
• Developing RFT documentation, evaluation criteria and tender recommendations.
• Supplier negotiation and management of contractual departures.
• Contract management across your portfolio, including amendments and extensions.
• Risk identification and management.
• Maintaining accurate contract data in SAP.
• Cost and savings reporting against estimates.
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement.
