Job summary

Enerven, based in Hindmarsh, is seeking a procurement professional to manage a portfolio of contracts end-to-end within an EPC team. You will run sourcing, develop RFT docs, evaluate tenders and negotiate with suppliers, with autonomy to make commercial decisions and support from an experienced team.

You will work on renewables and network projects, travel to project sites as required, and maintain data in SAP while reporting savings and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated contracting and sourcing experience in a project-driven environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Business.
• Ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing from market research through to contract award.
• Developing RFT documentation, evaluation criteria and tender recommendations.
• Supplier negotiation and management of contractual departures.
• Contract management across your portfolio, including amendments and extensions.
• Risk identification and management.
• Maintaining accurate contract data in SAP.
• Cost and savings reporting against estimates.
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement.
