Boroughs Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Business Services Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio, provide high-level tax advice and strategic business guidance. You will mentor a team, collaborate with Partners, and help shape the practice's growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification and Australian public practice exposure.
• Experience managing complex client portfolios and senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge across Australian tax, business services and advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of complex business services clients.
• Provide strategic tax planning, business advisory and commercial advice.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and ensure quality control.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify value-add opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members with a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with Partners on client strategy, business development and growth.
• Oversee workflow, budgets, WIP and billing for efficient delivery.
