RSM in Sydney is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Advisory team. This senior role partners with clients to provide strategic and commercial advice while mentoring high-performing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major.
• 5-7 years' experience in professional services.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Exposure to business development and client growth initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Review work papers and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Apply understanding of clients' industries, environments, and market positioning.
• Take a long-term, strategic view of client needs, identifying risks, opportunities, and value-added solutions.
• Provide practical, commercial advice that enhances clients' businesses.
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting and legal standards.
• Analyse management accounting reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Design, develop, and analyse financial models.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex accounting and technical issues.
• Review income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and superannuation funds.
• Deliver complex tax planning strategies for clients.
• Manage team workflow, delegate effectively, and communicate with Partners.
• Review and develop the work of junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
