Job summary

Capital Linen Service (CLS) is a major ACT Government self-funded enterprise delivering linen and laundry services to hospitals and care facilities across Canberra. As Business Manager, you will partner with the Executive Branch Manager to drive commercial performance and growth, overseeing financial management, procurement and governance to sustain service quality.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in finance, business management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and governance knowledge.
• Proven track record in business growth and change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Drive commercial growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
