Job summary

West Gippsland Healthcare Group in Warragul VIC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Warragul Linen Service Infrastructure Upgrade Project (Phase 1). This fixed-term role supports asset, equipment and infrastructure upgrades to strengthen safe, reliable linen service operations for WGHG and public hospital customers.

You will develop project plans, manage milestones, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, minimise disruption to linen production and ensure governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in project management, business, engineering, operations management or related discipline.
• Experience in public health, industrial production, or essential services environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of asset management, procurement processes or change management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, monitoring and closure of the Warragul Linen Service Phase 1 Infrastructure Upgrade Project.
• Coordinate priority works across equipment, facility, security, ventilation and production infrastructure areas.
• Develop and maintain high-quality project documentation, including plans, schedules, registers and governance papers.
• Work with operational leaders to sequence works and minimise disruption to linen production and customer supply.
