Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term role based in Australia. You will identify and document requirements, map current processes, and drive improvement initiatives across operations and service delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams, develop KPIs, and support change management to improve performance and outcomes while balancing risk and safety in a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years BA or similar experience.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience analysing and improving processes and workflows.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Support business improvement and change initiatives.
• Develop process maps, documentation, and artefacts.
• Analyse data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support root cause analysis and practical solutions.
• Assist with KPI development and performance reporting.
• Support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
