Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience mapping and improving business processes and workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service delivery frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support improvement initiatives across operations and service environments.
• Develop process maps, documentation, reports, and artefacts.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support root-cause analysis and practical solutions.
• Assist with KPI development and performance reporting.
• Support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and customer teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessments.
• Monitor and report on operational issues, risks, and improvement outcomes.
• Support health and safety culture in line with Datacom policy.
