Job summary

AA Appointments is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Sydney corporate travel market. You will own pipeline development, target mid-market accounts across ANZ, and leverage existing networks to grow long-term partnerships.

You will drive RFP responses, negotiate favorable terms, and work with cross-functional teams to close deals while maintaining a strong client focus and travel-industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience as a business development manager within the corporate travel space.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Exceptional presentation and communications skills.
• Knowledge of technology platforms and strong CRM systems experience.
• Ability to travel interstate as required.
