Job summary

Lucy Electric is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager in Australia to lead growth across key accounts and new markets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage client relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable outcomes in line with the Medium Term Plan.

The role requires extensive commercial and technical sales experience, interstate travel, and strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial and technical sales experience within electrical switchgear markets.
• Experience in Business Development and Marketing with Australian utilities, contractors, consultants and EPCs.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement dedicated plans for existing and emerging customers in line with the Medium Term plan.
• Gather sales data to view target markets and drive product development.
• Coordinate promotional activities and demonstrations with major customers.
• Regular reporting of plans and activities and CRM updates.
