PEER is seeking a Business Development Lead to grow its South Australia client network and create meaningful employment opportunities for apprentices and trainees. The role focuses on opening doors, building trusted relationships and turning conversations into sustainable partnerships across building, construction, renewables and related sectors.

• Experience managing multiple client accounts and growing business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work across construction, renewables and related sectors.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships and traineeships is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with current, inactive and prospective clients.
• Re-engage inactive clients and convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Connect with former PEER apprentices and graduates to build referrals.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across major projects, construction, clean energy and related sectors.
• Understand client workforce needs and connect them with PEER’s apprenticeship, traineeship, training and workforce solutions.
• Create sustainable opportunities for apprentices and trainees to gain meaningful on-the-job experience.
• Deliver responsive, solutions-focused service that strengthens client satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate client records, account activity and reporting across PEER systems. Represent PEER at industry events, networking functions and industry engagement activities.
