Job summary

PEER in Adelaide seeks a motivated Business Development Coordinator to build relationships with host employers and link them with apprentices and trainees.

You will expand opportunities across industries like building, construction and renewable energy, while maintaining strong customer service and industry engagement. Includes a company car and development opportunities within a leading SA GTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with employers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective Host Employers.
• Re-engage inactive employers and PEER graduates to identify opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities across major projects, building, construction and renewable energy.
• Promote PEER's apprenticeship and training services to employers.
• Provide responsive customer service and maintain employer records.
