Job summary

NAB is seeking a Business Banking Manager 3 in the Regional & Agribusiness team at the Bega Centre. You will manage a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients, deliver tailored banking solutions and drive growth with sound risk management and strong customer focus.

You will partner with local stakeholders, educate customers on options and build enduring relationships that support NAB’s ambition to be the most customer-centric bank in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business banking, commercial lending or relationship management.
• Ability to analyse customer financials and structure lending solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers.
• Build relationships, understand goals and deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Educate customers on banking options and provide risk and growth advice.
• Identify opportunities and generate referrals to grow the portfolio.
• Prepare and submit lending proposals and maintain risk controls.
