NAB is seeking an Agribusiness Manager 2 to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness and diversified customers in Port Macquarie, NSW. You will deliver tailored banking and financial solutions, building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities across NAB’s specialist partners.

Responsibilities include deepening existing relationships, acquiring new business, and maintaining credit discipline to protect portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agribusiness, Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Demonstrated lending and credit assessment capability.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience managing complex customer portfolios.
• The ability to analyse financial information and make sound commercial decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for helping regional businesses grow.
