You will mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with discipline leaders across KBR to deliver results for clients and stakeholders. A background in consulting and strong client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering professionals in a consulting or design environment.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering solutions on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong capability in planning, reviewing engineering designs and technical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers, designers and drafters.
• Provide technical leadership across complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Plan, coordinate and manage engineering work packages to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Prepare, review and verify engineering designs, calculations and specifications.
• Manage project and proposal budgets within your area of responsibility.
• Coordinate and manage key project stakeholders including clients and regulators.
