KBR in Perth, Western Australia seeks a Building Services Lead to head the WA Building Services team. This leadership role combines project delivery, mentorship and technical governance across major design packages and multi-disciplinary projects.

You will collaborate with discipline leaders across KBR nationally, ensuring engineering excellence, client engagement and high-performance teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams within consulting or project environments.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage complex engineering work packages.
• Strong capability in reviews of designs, calculations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers, designers and drafters.
• Provide technical leadership across building, transport and infrastructure projects.
• Plan and manage engineering work packages to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Prepare and verify engineering designs, calculations and specifications.
• Coordinate stakeholders and support business development opportunities.
