Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Development Manager/Bid Lead to drive pre-contract and tender activities across SMP, E&I, Civil and multidisciplinary construction. You will lead end-to-end bid processes, coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement and commercial inputs, and deliver competitive, high-quality submissions to win major projects.

Based in Perth with occasional site travel, you will partner with operations, commercial and executive stakeholders to shape bid

• Proven ability to secure major project opportunities.
• Excellent leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid activities across major construction projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary bid teams to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions.
• Develop bid strategies, execution methodologies and project delivery plans.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, commercial and operational inputs.
• Support pre-contract activities including tender reviews, commercial qualifications and contract negotiations.
• Identify and manage commercial, technical and delivery risks throughout the tender process.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to support successful bid outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across bid management processes, governance and tender delivery.
