- Support pre‑contracts activities incl. pretender engagement, tender reviews and negotiations.
- Provide contractual leadership across SMP, E&I and civil projects.
- Manage head‑contractor claims, variations, EOTs and risk strategies.
- Partner with operations to drive commercial outcomes across projects.
- Support subcontract development and administration through the lifecycle.
- Provide high‑level contractual guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
