Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking SMP Project Engineers to join our Engineering Construction division in our Perth Head Office. You will help plan and deliver SMP construction projects across Western Australia.

You'll work with experienced teams, mobilize to sites as projects progress, and benefit from mentoring, career development and exposure to multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience delivering SMP construction projects in mining/resources or heavy industrial sectors.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, QA/QC processes and engineering documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Australian working rights and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of SMP construction activities to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and manage construction documentation including work packs, technical queries, RFIs and quality documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities, material management and subcontractor interfaces.
• Monitor project progress and assist with planning, scheduling and reporting activities.
• Liaise with project teams, clients and key stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.

Monadelphous is continuing to grow, and we're looking for SMP Project Engineers to join our Engineering Construction division in our Perth Head Office.

As we continue to secure exciting opportunities across the resources sector, we're building our engineering team to support the planning and delivery of upcoming structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) construction projects throughout Western Australia.

Working alongside experienced engineering and project delivery teams, you'll contribute to all phases of project execution, with opportunities to mobilize to site and support construction activities as projects progress.
