Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Bid Coordinator in Australia to coordinate and support the bid process using the Datacom system. You will assist with content, documentation, and approvals to craft compelling proposals.

You will coordinate proposal documentation, write pre-sales content, and support the bids team to manage proposals, win tenders, and pursue opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Sound administrative knowledge.
• Knowledge of the bid/sales process within a similar technical environment.
• 2+ years in an administrative or sales focussed role.
• Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an effective pre-sales engine to enable and optimise the bid function.
• Assisting the proposal process including the acquisition of all relevant information relating to the content of the proposal as well as the internal review of proposal.
• Coordinating the proposal process, collating documentation, writing content, and delivering on proposal specifications.
• Fulfilling administrative and support tasks which assist the bids team to manage proposal, win tenders and obtain opportunities.
• Writing pre-sales content for the delivery of proposals to clients and prospects.
