Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent on the Gold Coast is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new-logos in Telematics, SaaS and fleet technology. You will own your patch, build the pipeline, and win opportunities with a strong product and national team backing.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in B2B sales or business development.
• High energy with commission-driven motivation.
• Strong hunting mentality to open doors.
• Autonomous and territory-driven mindset.
• Experience in SaaS, fleet or logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
• Run discovery meetings, product demonstrations and solution presentations
• Develop relationships with key decision makers
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new logo deals
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
