Job summary

Inghams Group Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in our Wholesale team to expand opportunities in the Protein & Meal Solutions division. Based at Macquarie Park, the role supports strategic accounts with exposure to end-to-end wholesale processes and customer onboarding.

You will report to the National Business Manager and work to establish yourself as a key contributor within theProtein and Meal Solutions channel, with a hybrid working arrangement and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or strategic account management is preferred.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
• Strong relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within protein and meal solutions.
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of Protein & Meal Solutions accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding, product specs, trials, and lead times with supply chain.
• Develop category expertise and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist in preparing proposals, submissions, and product ranging recommendations.
• Monitor sales pipeline, leads, and account performance.
• Develop skills toward a strategic account management role.
