Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions in Dungog, NSW is seeking a proactive Coordinator Assets to oversee asset management, property functions and long-term infrastructure planning. You will combine strategic thinking with technical knowledge to support effective asset planning and decision‑making, while leading a small team.

The ideal candidate has experience asset management, strong leadership and excellent stakeholder management, with a degree in engineering or related discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or strategic asset planning.
• Experience leading a team responsible for asset management and planning.
• Knowledge of asset management systems and lifecycle planning.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgeting and reporting.
• Engineering or asset-management related degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset management planning, renewal forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide advice to support future capital works and investment priorities.
• Oversee asset registers, management systems, inspections and condition assessments.
• Coordinate asset compliance, roads acts approvals and developer-contributed assets.
• Oversee property management, procurement and reporting.
• Lead staff and contractors, ensuring a safe, accountable workplace.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to strategic planning.
• Build relationships with internal teams, contractors, developers and stakeholders.
