Job summary

Colterlec Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Specialist to own procurement and supply coordination across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with suppliers, warehouse teams, sales, engineering and logistics to keep projects on time and on budget.

Reporting to the National Logistics Manager, you will manage purchasing, inventory replenishment, supplier relationships and project procurement activities, with autonomy and scope to influence national supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory control or similar roles.
• Experience in distribution, technical, industrial or wholesale environments.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably NetSuite.
• Understanding of purchasing, supplier management and replenishment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, purchasing and supply activities across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage customer sales orders, supplier purchase orders, work orders and bills of materials.
• Monitor supplier lead times, backorders and procurement pipelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Support inventory planning, replenishment and stock optimisation.
• Identify supply risks and implement solutions to minimise disruptions.
• Coordinate project deliveries and ensure timely shipment outcomes.
• Manage supplier communications related to returns, warranties and support.
• Support non-engineering assembly workflows and cross-functional activities.
• Produce procurement and supply reports and maintain data accuracy.
