Job summary

Australian National University is seeking an Associate Director of Alumni & Community Engagement to lead strategy, programs, and communications that keep more than 150,000 alumni in over 150 countries connected to ANU.

You will report to the Head of Engagement and Operations and oversee a team of eleven across alumni relations, community engagement, programs, events and communications, translating data and insight into measurable, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for Alumni and Community Engagement, including programs and communications to connect 150,000+ alumni in over 150 countries.
• Direct a team across alumni relations, community engagement, programs, events and communications to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and build influential partnerships across the University.
