Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) is seeking an Account Manager - Pyxis to expand the Pyxis footprint across NSW/ACT. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging Pharmacy, Nursing, IT and procurement to deliver capital equipment solutions that improve medication management in hospitals.

You will manage long sales cycles, build compelling business cases, and collaborate with Clinical Specialists and Project Managers to drive implementation and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment to hospitals is preferred.
• Experience selling healthcare technology, software-enabled solutions or complex healthcare systems.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Confidence engaging clinical, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to implementation across NSW/ACT.
• Drive capital equipment sales across the BD Pyxis portfolio.
• Build relationships with Pharmacy, Nursing, Clinical Product Advisors, Biomedical Engineering, IT and Procurement.
• Identify new opportunities and develop account growth strategies.
• Lead demonstrations, workflow reviews and solution design discussions.
• Navigate hospital procurement and capital approval processes.
