BD is seeking an Account Manager for BD Rowa Hospital to lead automation projects across ANZ, focusing on hospital pharmacies and large-scale implementations in Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will drive capital equipment sales, build strategic growth plans, and manage relationships with Pharmacy Directors, Executives and procurement teams to deliver long-term value.

Formación

• Proven track record selling capital equipment, automation systems or complex technology solutions.
• Experience managing long, strategic sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to develop financial business cases and articulate ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital sales opportunities from prospecting to implementation.
• Develop strategic growth plans across ANZ for BD Rowa Hospital.
• Identify opportunities within hospital pharmacy environments and build executive relationships.
• Deliver presentations, ROI proposals and navigate long approval processes.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Service, Clinical and Marketing teams.
