Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow a key portfolio within the Australian superannuation industry. You will own the client relationship, develop strategic plans and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Concentrix portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing strategic client accounts in a complex organisation.
• Strong track record of cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand existing accounts, identifying whitespace and opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth.
• Lead commercial conversations with internal teams to close opportunities.
• Build executive sponsorship and act as a trusted strategic adviser.
