Job summary

Gentrack is seeking an Account Director to support and grow strategic customer relationships across the utilities sector from its Perth base. You’ll work with Client Managers and senior leaders to ensure outstanding service delivery, promote account growth, and maximize value from Gentrack solutions.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing utility customer relationships, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering outcomes in a regulated environment.

• Experience managing strategic customer relationships in the utilities sector.
• Proven success in driving account growth and renewal initiatives.
