Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Strata Assistant to support a boutique strata business. You will assist the Strata Manager with day-to-day portfolio management and help coordinate AGMs, minutes, invoices and correspondence.

This role offers 2 days of work-from-home, a CBD fringe location, and the Strata Licence paid for. You’ll join a close-knit team with clear career progression, working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous strata experience
• Current Strata Certificate of Registration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive and switched-on approach
• A genuine interest in developing your career within strata

Responsibilities

• Assist the Strata Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolio
• Coordinate AGMs, including calling meetings and issuing meeting notices
• Prepare agendas, minutes and meeting documentation
• Action minutes, work orders and approve invoices
• Manage general correspondence with owners, committees and contractors
• Assist with setting up and amending company procedures
• Prepare presentations and supporting documentation
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Strata Manager
