Strata Lifestyle in Ashbury is seeking an experienced Class 1 Strata Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of buildings within a supportive team. You will maintain relationships with owners, contractors and stakeholders, arrange meetings, draft agendas, action minutes and manage quotes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service and professional conduct. Ideal candidates will have a Class 1 Strata Management License with 5+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Class 1 Strata Management License with minimum 5 years experience.
• High level of computer literacy; MS Office, Word and Excel.
• A self-starter who demonstrates diligence with attention to detail and client interactions.
• An excellent problem solver with strengths in financial analysis and business acumen.
• Strata Management experience with knowledge of current strata legislation.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomous, service-focused with strong organization and multi-tasking.
• Organised and able to manage workload with precision.

Responsabilités

• Managing, maintaining and growing your portfolio of buildings.
• Building and maintaining relationships with owners, contractors and stakeholders.
• Arranging Owners Corporation and Strata Committee meetings, drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging quotes and work orders.
• Managing compliance and adherence to By Laws.
