Strata Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Strata Manager who thrives in a boutique, customer-service driven environment. You will manage strata portfolios with support for trades and clients, applying your knowledge of Strata Law and mediation when needed.

Flexibility is available with Home Office options and hybrid working arrangements after assimilating with office procedures. A passionate, patient, and hardworking approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within property/strata sector.
• Knowledge of Strata Law and mediation processes is required.
• Ability to manage trade personnel and client relationships.

We are looking for an experienced Strata Manager that loves working in this industry. Happy, hard working, passionate in general, patient yet experienced in customer service.

You must enjoy the work and responsibility of Strata Management. Portfolio management will be provided hence experience and knowledge of Strata Law, Mediation skills, Management skills for both trade personnel and clients, is required.

Home Office at Ashbury, Flexible hours, Casual environment with the potential to work from home after assimilating with our office procedures.
