You’ll manage a mix of residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes, building your experience across different property types while enjoying flexibility in your working week.

• Up to $95,000 base + around $50,000 in additionals
• Approximately 45 buildings / 1,200 lots
• Flexible/hybrid working arrangements

• Up to $110,000 base + additionals
• Approximately 60–80 buildings / up to 1,000 lots
• A mix of residential and commercial schemes

The role

You’ll manage the day-to-day needs of your portfolio, building strong relationships with committees and owners. Responsibilities include:
