• Day-to-day management of body corporate schemes.
• Building relationships with owners, committees and contractors.
• Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and correspondence.
• Coordinating maintenance, insurance matters and contractor follow-up.
• Assisting with budgets, financial administration and scheme records.
• Organising and attending committee meetings and general meetings.
• Responding to enquiries and keeping clients informed.
