Job summary

Crawford is seeking a motivated Strata Loss Adjuster to support property and strata claims from assessment to resolution in Adelaide. This role offers structured training, a clear development pathway, and the chance to progress to senior or specialist loss adjusting roles while delivering customer‑focused outcomes.

You will work with a collaborative team, manage competing priorities, and develop expertise across property, strata, and insurance environments within a global claims management

Job Description

Use your property, strata or insurance experience to help customers recover after property damage or loss. As a Strata Loss Adjuster with Crawford, you will manage claims from initial assessment through to resolution, combining technical knowledge, sound judgement and responsive customer service.

You do not need to be a qualified Loss Adjuster already. With structured training, practical support and a clear development pathway, this is an opportunity to build your capability and progress into senior or specialist loss adjusting roles.

What You Will Do

• Manage property and strata claims from assessment through to resolution

• Coordinate trades, technical specialists and service providers
• Communicate with owners, strata managers, insurers and contractors
• Prepare clear reports and accurate claim documentation
• Manage competing priorities and progress claims in a timely manner
• Deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes

What You Will Bring

You will be curious, solution-focused and confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders. You may currently work in loss adjusting, insurance claims or broking as a property Claims Handler. You will bring:

• Experience in property and/or strata claims management, construction or insurance environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to positive outcomes
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• A current driver's licence
• Motivation to learn and grow within the loss adjusting profession
• Loss adjusting or claims management experience, trade or building qualifications, or strata industry experience are desirable
