Crawford is seeking a Strata Loss Adjuster in Adelaide to manage property and strata claims from assessment to resolution. You will conduct site inspections, assess damage, coordinate trades and prepare clear claim documentation.

No prior Loss Adjuster qualification required; the role offers structured training, development opportunities, and a clear pathway to senior or specialist roles, with a supportive team culture and a rewarding package.

Qualifications

• Experience in property and/or strata claims management, construction or insurance environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to positive outcomes
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• A current driver's licence
• Motivation to learn and grow within the loss adjusting profession
• Loss adjusting or claims management experience, trade or building qualifications, or strata industry experience are desirable

Job Description

Use your property, strata or insurance experience to help customers recover after property damage or loss. As a Strata Loss Adjuster with Crawford, you will manage claims from initial assessment through to resolution, combining technical knowledge, sound judgement and responsive customer service.

You do not need to be a qualified Loss Adjuster already. With structured training, practical support and a clear development pathway, this is an opportunity to build your capability and progress into senior or specialist loss adjusting roles.
