Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Strata Manager in NSW to oversee a well-established portfolio with the support of an experienced team. This role offers growth potential, whether you are already managing a portfolio or moving up from a Strata Assistant, with a focus on long-term career development.

You will work with owners, committees and contractors, supported by shared services, and enjoy a 9-day fortnight, additional RDO every two weeks, and flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Confident when dealing with owners, committees and contractors.
