Job summary

CWM Homewares (C.W. Marketing Pty Ltd) is seeking experienced, licensed Storeworkers to join our Rowville warehouse team in Victoria. You will operate forklift equipment, pick, pack and stock items, and coordinate tasks with your team under limited supervision.

Reporting to the Warehouse 2IC / Team Leader, you will help keep the warehouse moving day to day, maintain accurate stock records in Pronto Pacifica WMS, and contribute to a supportive team environment in a 3PL distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence (LF) and experience operating licensed equipment.
• Previous warehouse experience or proven skills in picking, packing and stock handling.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures with limited supervision.
• Basic equipment maintenance skills.
• Sound communication skills and a reliable, can-do attitude.
• Order picking forklift licence (LO) advantageous.
• Experience with Pronto Pacifica WMS or similar system.
• Order picking and packing experience in a 3PL or distribution environment.

• Picking, packing and storing goods accurately in line with procedures.

• Coordinating tasks with your team to get work done on time
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and hazard-free, and following all OH&S procedures

About you
