Job summary

CTC RV is seeking reliable Warehouse Hands with warehouse experience to join our NSW dispatch team at our Villawood warehouse. You will pick customer orders, pack accurately, and handle various goods using pallet jacks and handheld scanners.

We offer training on our new WMS, a modern facility, and a supportive team. You will work on-site with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely order handovers to couriers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or logistics role.
• Reliability you can prove: punctual, excellent attendance and a stable work history.
• A sharp eye for detail. Getting the right part in the right box matters to us
• Comfortable with physical work: on your feet all day, lifting up to 25kg, and handling awkward items safely
• Experience with RF or handheld scanners is a plus; full training on our system is provided.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders using handheld barcode scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Packing orders carefully and accurately so they arrive in perfect condition.
• Handling “ugly goods” of all shapes, sizes and weights.
• Operating pallet jacks, wave picking machines, wrap machines and other hand and power tools.
• Labelling parcels and pallets and printing consignment notes.
• Palletising and wrapping orders ready for transport.
• Handing over orders to courier and transport drivers at collection.
• Keeping the dispatch area clean, tidy and safe.

What You'll Be Doing

Picking customer orders using handheld barcode scanners and our warehouse management system (WMS)

Packing orders carefully and accurately so they arrive in perfect condition

Handling “ugly goods”, which are items of all shapes, sizes and weights, from small parts to bulky, awkward products

Operating pallet jacks, wave picking machines, wrap machines and other hand and power tools

Labelling parcels and pallets and printing consignment notes

Palletising and wrapping orders ready for transport

Handing over orders to courier and transport drivers at collection

Keeping the dispatch area clean, tidy and safe

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or logistics role

A forklift licence is not required
