Job summary

Genus Infrastructure, a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group, seeks a hands-on Fleet and Yard Coordinator for the Muchea depot. This role oversees fleet, plant, equipment and inventory to keep the yard safe, efficient and ready for project needs.

You will manage stock movement, servicing, and support project teams by ensuring equipment and materials are available when required. Essential: HR Driver's Licence and Telescopic Material Handler ticket, with yard/ logistics experience.

Qualifications

• A current HR Driver's Licence (minimum requirement).
• A current Telescopic Material Handler ticket.
• Previous experience in a fleet, stores, yard coordination, or logistics role.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites on ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large volumes of stock and inventory.

Genus is seeking a reliable and hands-on fleet and yard coordinator to join our team at our Muchea depot.

About the Role

Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Fleet and Yard Coordinator with a strong background in stores and yard management to join our team. This is a hands‑on role responsible for coordinating fleet, plant, equipment, and inventory while ensuring the yard operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing large volumes of stock and inventory.
• Managing the movement of materials, plant, and equipment into and out of the yard.
• Maintaining and preserving stock, vehicles, and plant, including coordinating servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Transporting plant and equipment between the yard and project sites as required.
• Organising and maintaining the storeroom, including stock control and stocktakes.
• Operating hand tools and assisting with general manual labour when required.
• Performing general yard housekeeping and maintenance.
• Supporting project teams by ensuring equipment and materials are available when needed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current HR Driver's Licence (minimum requirement).
• A current Telescopic Material Handler ticket.
• Previous experience in a fleet, stores, yard coordination, or logistics role.
• The flexibility to travel to various project sites on an ad hoc basis.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced yard and warehouse environment.
