Job summary

Genus Infrastructure (GNI) is seeking an experienced Fleet and Yard Coordinator to join our team in Australia. This hands-on role coordinates fleet, plant, equipment and inventory while ensuring the yard operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You will manage stock volumes, movement of materials, servicing and repairs, transport between yard and sites, storeroom organisation, and general yard housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver's Licence is required.
• Telescopic Material Handler ticket is required.
• Experience in fleet, stores, yard coordination, or logistics.
• Willingness to travel to project sites on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large volumes of stock and inventory.
• Manage movement of materials, plant, and equipment into and out of the yard.
• Maintain stock, vehicles and plant, including servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Transport plant and equipment between the yard and project sites.
• Organise and maintain storeroom with stock control and stocktakes.
• Operate hand tools and assist with general manual labour as required.
• Perform general yard housekeeping and maintenance.
• Support project teams by ensuring equipment and materials are available when needed.
