Job summary

Sydney Tools Pty Ltd in Dubbo is seeking a energetic dispatch associate to keep the stock moving and ensure accurate goods inwards and swift dispatch. You’ll work closely with the sales team and transport partners to maintain high standards of loading, packing and shipping.

To succeed you must hold a current LF forklift licence, demonstrate reliable attendance, and bring basic computer and inventory system knowledge.

Qualifications

• You MUST hold a current Forklift Licence (LF) and have a proven track record of reliable attendance.
• Computer experience and knowledge of inventory systems are highly preferred.
• You are high-energy, fiercely organised, and take absolute pride in running a tight, highly accountable warehouse.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Safely operate the forklift, process Goods Inwards, and arrange swift dispatch via freight and couriers.
• Hit your targets for precise inventory recording, strict stock control, and efficient repairs/transfers processing.
• Correctly package and protect goods for dispatch while championing manual handling and WHS compliance.
• Ensure efficient, timely customer contact and work seamlessly with the sales team.
