Job summary

Accor, including Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour, is seeking a reliable Storeperson to support day-to-day operations across flagship properties. You will handle receiving, storage and distribution of goods, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain stock levels in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes storekeeping experience, knowledge of logistics processes, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards, with opportunities to contribute to a leading hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 1 year of storeperson experience or related role, hospitality preferred.
• Good knowledge of stores and logistics processes, policies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming goods accurately and in line with purchase orders.
• Support raising purchase orders and entering data into the purchasing system.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with re-ordering supplies.
• Distribute stock to departments across the hotel.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded in the inventory system.
• Keep storerooms clean, organised, and hygienic.
• Assist with weekly inventory checks and monthly stocktakes.
• Process and document supplier returns as required.
• Follow purchasing, receiving, storage and access-control procedures.
• Support the wider hotel team with other duties as required.

Job Description

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 years’ previous experience as a storeperson or related position, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of stores and logistics processes, policies and systems
