Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Store Support Coordinator to provide hands-on support to stores across the state, with a focus on stock management, merchandising, compliance and day-to-day store operations. You’ll be part of the Store Support team, working closely with State Managers, Store Managers, Retail Managers, 2ICs and store teams across the state. The team plays an important role in supporting stores to maintain operational standards, improve performance and deliver a consistent experience across the business. You’ll build strong relationships across stores and internal teams, working collaboratively to identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
As a Store Support Coordinator, you’ll provide hands‑on support to stores across the state, with a focus on stock management, merchandising, compliance and day‑to‑day store operations. You’ll visit stores to assess standards, identify opportunities for improvement and provide practical coaching and training to store teams. You’ll also coordinate store setups and relays, working closely with Store Support and store teams to ensure new and refreshed stores are delivered to a high standard and within required timeframes.
