Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking a Store Sales Representative to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and consultations. You will build lasting relationships with customers and understand their business needs to add value.

You will also assist with general duties (receiving freight & packing) to ensure timely, world-class service. This role offers progression within a multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Initiate customer contact, build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers.
• Overall customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and inputted sales.
• Achieve retail sales targets and profitable growth.
• Maintain customer database.
• Maintain Operational Excellence - Inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep.
