Job summary

Hilti is seeking a Store Representative in Adelaide to drive growth through product demonstrations and expert service. You will join the retail sales team to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver a world-class customer experience.

The role focuses on building lasting relationships with construction customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory controls, and supporting general duties such as receiving freight and packing.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Self-starter mindset with motivation to achieve results.
• Willingness to obtain forklift licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Initiate customer contact, build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers.
• Overall customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and inputted sales.
• Achieve retail sales targets and profitable growth.
• Maintain of customer database.
• Maintain Operational Excellence - Inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep.
